PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT (PSM)
Participants enrolled in this course do not have to be in the Refrigeration department or hold a PSM role to benefit greatly during their 3 days in PSM Level I. We strongly recommend this course for any individual with a managerial role if your facility has highly hazardous chemical processes over the threshold. The PSM Coordinators will manage the overall program and ensure the Refrigeration team is following the proper procedures and standards, however, many other departments in the facility are affected by the highly hazardous process and the subsequent PSM program.
If you want to start your Refrigeration and PSM team on the right track, as well as involve other departments such as Production Management, choose this course to ensure compliance throughout your entire facility.
OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) standard contains 14 important elements that we'll breakdown, discuss, and relate back to your processes. We'll also talk about the EPA's Risk Management Plan (RMP) and the additional requirements. Your PSM Coordinators will learn how to efficiently run the program and guide technicians, your Refrigeration Technicians will understand how to do their job while complying with the standards, as well as any other department becoming aware as to why we have PSM and how to better assist.
Are you ready to make your safety program one of the best in the industry? Register for this course and talk to us about our PSM services for your program, too!
PSM Level I and PSM Level II can be combined for a 40-Hour Advanced Course! ($2,349)
